I have always loved taking little walks in villages near where I live. I remember doing this every Sunday with my parents when I was little. We stopped doing this for a little while, but now that I am back in France and that summer has been finally showing up (better late than never!) after a not-so-good August, we started the ‘tradition’ again. This time we went to a lovely little village called Fontaine de Vaucluse. Very famous for the river that sits along the restaurants and shops as well as for its mysterious source. The more you walk up the village, the more you get closer to the source of the river. The mysterious part is that no one has ever known where the water comes from. And the mystery has been going on for centuries!
I’ll stop the talking from now. Here come the photos!
Picnic by the river
This is where people can go and feel the fresh air, but also see where the ‘supposed source’ of the river comes from.
Enjoying a little Granite on the way down.
I hope you enjoyed looking at the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
